I had had a nasal operation years ago and I developed a drooping nasal tip in time. In 2009, I bumped into someone by accident and my already thin septum was broken once again. On the very same day, I visited Prof. Erdem Tezel upon recommendation. He dressed my nose and operated me the next morning despite his busy agenda. I recovered rapidly and resumed my regular life after being successfully operated by him, using the “nasal tip suspension technique” which is uniquely and only performed by him. The result was so successful that I thought “Why did I wait for 10 years?”, a thought supported by my family and friends.   They say every cloud has a silver lining. That’s definitely true. I previously had septum deviation. That’s why I frequently had nasal congestion and resulting sore throat and infections as I breathed through the mouth. Yes, I was going to undergo operation for septum deviation and I also decided to have my drooping nasal tip lifted. However, I procrastinated about undergoing the operation for two years. Until I heard Erdem Tezel’s name one day. Erdem Tezel’s extensive experience and his special technique making its way into the world literature encouraged me to have the operation, which was exactly how I wanted. Firstly, it wasn’t an open surgery. Secondly, my septum would not shift. As I talked to my doctor, I felt more and more confident in him. When our conversation was over, I said, “OK, let’s do it.” I trusted him so much that I decided to have a breast operation as well as the nasal operation. It was very challenging and burdensome to undergo two operations at one go. But I never lost my faith in my doctor and his experience during the process, which proved to be very appropriate. Burnumda septum eğriliği vardı. Bu nedenle sıklıkla burun tıkanıklığı, buna bağlı olarak da ağızdan nefes aldığım için boğaz enfeksiyonu yaşıyordum. Madem burun deviasyonu için ameliyat olacaktım, bir de düşük olan burun ucumu kaldırtmak istedim. Ama bu istek iki yıl boyunca hep askıda kaldı. Ta ki bir gün Erdem Tezel ismini duyuncaya dek. Erdem Tezel'in işindeki tecrübesi ve dünya literatürüne girmiş olan tekniği tam da istediğim türden bir ameliyattı. Birincisi açık bir ameliyat değildi, ikincisi burun kemiğimde oynama olmayacaktı.Doktorumla konuşurken daha ona güvenebileceğimi hissettim. Konuşur konuşmaz "tamam, oluyorum" dedim. Üstelik ona o kadar güvenmişim ki; burun ameliyatının yanında meme estetiği olmaya da karar verdim. İki ameliyatı birden olmak zor ve zahmetli bir süreçti. 04.04.2015 tarihinde doktorum Erdem Tezel'e burun estetiği ve aynı zamanda endoskopik yüz estetiği ameliyatı oldum. Daha önce iki kere başarısızlıkla sonuçlanan ve şekil bozukluğuna varan şikayetle doktoruma gittim. Erdem Bey'in işine olan aşkı, hastasına verdiği güven sayesinde içimde hiçbir tereddüt olmadan ameliyat olmaya karar verdim. 2 hafta gibi kısa bir sürede iyileşme dönemini atlattım. Erdem Hoca'ya yaklaşık bir senedir botoks yaptırıyorum çok memnunum, çok uzun süre gidiyor ve en önemlisi çok mimikli bir insan olmama rağmen kimse botoks yaptırdığımı anlamıyor tamamen doğal duruyor. Erdem Hoca çok özen gösteren bir doktor.

Erdem Bey'e 1 sene önce burun ve endoskopik yüz estetiği ameliyatı oldum. Endoskopik yüz estetiğiyle ilgili çok tereddütlerim vardı. Fakat Erdem Bey bu ameliyatta o kadar başarılı oldu ki şu anda kimse ameliyat olduğumu anlamıyor. En az 10 yaş gençleştim sanırım. Yüzündeki yorgun ifade gitti. Göz kapaklarımdaki düşüklük de düzeldi. Beni ameliyattan sonra görenler "sende bi güzellik bir tazelik var" diyorlar ama ameliyat olduğumu kimse düşünmüyor.
